    Traditional in stainless steel vats, temperature controlled with complete malolactic fermentation

    8 to 10 months ageing in stainless steel vats
Wine tasting
  • Tasting Note
    A fresh bouquet and aromas of lemon and grapefruit are combined to create a lively wine. Tasted May 2008.
