2008 Chevalier-Montrachet Grand Cru « Les Demoiselles » - Wine Spectator - December 2010 - 93 pts:
Plenty of power drives the butter, hazelnut cream, grapefruit and baked apple flavors. Though still a bit unevolved, this is balanced, with a long aftertaste of roasted hazelnut and vanilla. Best from 2013 through 2028. B.S.

2008 Montrachet Grand Cru - Wine Spectator - December 2010 - 92 pts:
Displays elements of pina colada, with its coconut accent, along with flavors of apple, peach, citrus and mineral. This is powerful and a touch hot as it winds down on the finish, but there's fine length, with an aftertaste of bread dough. Best from 2013 through 2030. B.S.

2008 Criots-Bâtard-Montrachet Grand Cru - Wine Spectator - December 2010 - 90 pts:
A lean, austere style, composed mainly of citrus and mineral, but expanding on the finish in a kaleidoscope of toast, butterscotch and spice flavors. Definitely needs time. Best from 2014 through 2030. B.S.

2008 Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru "Cailleret” - Wine Spectator - December 2010 - 92 pts:
Intriguing hints of fog and baking bread mark this rich white. Lemon cake and a hint of orange follow up, and this stays persistent through the lingering finish. Drink now through 2022. B.S.
